Die Leute vom Islamic Crescent Observation Project (http://icoproject.org/) haben zum neuen islamischen Jahr einen kleinen Mondsichel-Fotowettbewerb ausgerufen.
Es geht um "schöne" Aufnahmen der aktuellen Mondsichel, gewonnen vom 25.11 bis zum 3.12.
Große Preise gibt es keine, aber Spaß machen darf es dennoch. Bewertungskriterium ist nur "Schönheit", also ggf. auch mit Komposition und Vordergrund und so. Pro Author sollte nur ein Bild kommen, wurde mir gesagt. Und Halbmond wird wohl als weniger schön gelten als eine junge Sichel.

A new Hijri year will begin soon
HAPPY NEW HEJRIC YEAR (Kullu’am wa’antum bekhair)…
Let’s observe and photograph the new crescent of Muharram 1433H all over the world in order to participate in the Contest of “Weekly Astronomical Photo“.
Try to capture a photograph for this new crescent with an artistic beautiful background in order to make a state-of-the-art astronomical photograph to be published at ICOP Website within the International Crescent Photographs.
- Contest Date: Friday 25th of November to Saturday 3rd of December 2011.
- The photo is no more than 2 MB.
- Send your photo through the submission form found at: http://www.icoproject.org/photo/index.html
This contest is open for ANY participant, and the submission form for this week will have English tags to make it possible for non-Arabic participants to use the form.
Das Eingabe-Formular wird aber wohl erst morgen englisiert.
