Hallo,

https://free-astro.org/siril_doc-en/#green_noise
https://free-astro.org/index.php?title=Siril:Manual#Reducing_green_tint_in_processed_images

Lucas

This Green is normal: this is the result of the Bayer Pattern. There's no error. This is because Siril (in the script) use a grey flat in order to preserve color balance of the DSLR. DSS does not do that. This is important for people who want to make some photometry with the image.
Also, as you use siril 0.9.11 you can calibrate your color with photometry. Go to Color Calibration and BV photometric calibration

Of course, should not use the "remove green noise" tool before a color calibration!!!! It is a really bad idea.

Hi Cyril, i cannot calibrate the image while siril crash on photometric calibration.
I tested this on 2 mashines with same result.
Im on Manjaro Linux with KDE and have Siril 0.9.11-rc1 from AUR installed.

OK, the RESULT.FIT is here: Download
The Object is NGC 7000
Canon EOS 700Da, IDAS D1, GPU, Newton 154/600 F4
ISO 800 19x 240sec + Darks, Flats, Bias.
If You need the RAW Data, i can upload this too
Thanks Cyril :)

[Edit]
The RAW Data is here: Download

What are the step to reproduce the crash?
When you say crash, Siril closes without message?

I don't have it

Yes, exactly. Siril closes without a message. I try this with the same settings, but 600.0mm Focal distance.
Have now tested with 600.1mm but it closes again.

OK thanks.

Cannot reproduce that is strange. Could you:
1 - check the value in Settings->Photometry
2 - tell me the exact step I could reproduce (send screenshots too if you want)

OK, i open Siril, open the result.fit, click on Image Processing and go to photometric calibration. Serch the object NGC7000, type the Focal distance and Pixel sice in and klick OK Button. ~5 sec after Siril is closed.

This are the Settings for Photometry:
105732

There something wrong on your machine(s) I can't explain.
Because I have no problem trying to reproduce. A problem in the AUR package?

Please, could you try to get the sources for compiling?

Sure, me too. Thank you for your patience.
You can contact me by Private Message in order to not flood too much this thread.

Astrofoto
Was sagt ihr? Passt das so? Oder ist es noch zu flau? Bin Offen für konstruktive Kritik :)
