Hallo zusammen,
eine Neuigkeit aus dem TMB-Forum:
"...On the below link, this is old, outdated information. The
information in this link is no longer done by Thomas Back
personally. Here is how it worked previously:
1) APM Telescopes of Germany (Markus Ludes) shipped the parts,
mostly unassembled to Thomas Back in Cleveland, OH.
2) Thomas Back assembled, adjusted, performance-tested the
mechanics, bench tested the optics, and finally, star-tested the
optics prior to shipping.
3) After passing Thomas' own rigorous standards, ONLY then did
he ship it out to the end-user.
Now that Thomas has fallen seriously ill, he no longer does any
of this himself. I have no idea where and who, or to what degree
the QA and assembly is done for the TMB 130SS scopes. But this
are not done by Thomas Back personally anymore."
Genaue Einsicht über den Gesundheitszustand von Thomas hab ich narürlich auch nicht, wollte es aber euch nicht vorenthalten.
